The intensive care medicine of KSGR forms the heart of critical care in Southeast Switzerland. With the IPS and IMC at the main location as well as the IMC in Walenstadt, we care for patients in an environment that combines cutting-edge technological medicine with true humanity. As an SIWF-certified training center of category A, we also actively shape the next generation of intensive care medicine.

As Chief Physician, you will take on a formative leadership role at KSGR and, as a member of the ANIR department management, actively participate in the strategic further development of intensive care medicine. These are your tasks ##

This is what you bring with you ##

• Professional, personnel and organizational management of intensive care at all locations as well as senior medical care of critically ill patients during service operations
• Co-shaping strategic further development as a member of the ANIR department management - in close cooperation with the departments of Surgery and Medicine
• Promotion of innovation, clinical research and a lively training, further education and continuing education culture
• Specialist title Intensive Care FMH (or equivalent); a second specialist title (Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine or Surgery) is desirable
• Broad clinical experience with surgical and medical intensive care patients as well as several years of management activity at a university or center hospital
• Proven leadership experience and further training in management or business administration as well as experience in process optimization
• An integrative, innovative personality with high professional and social competence and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
