Nursing Specialist / Spitex Coordination m/f 40-60%

For our Spitex DAHEIM AM BESTEN GMBH we are looking for an experienced personality for organizational, coordinative and professional supporting tasks in the Basel region.

Your tasks:
-Coordination and organization of the assignments of our Live-In caregivers.
-Professionally accompanying and advising employees and customers in everyday nursing.
-Creation and updating of nursing documentation.
-Advice and support for customers and their relatives.
-Collaboration with doctors, therapists and other specialists.
-Contributing to reliable and high-quality care for our clients.

Your profile:
-At least 5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector.
-Ideally training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann.
-Specialists with other training in the healthcare sector are also welcome with us.
-Organizational skills and enjoyment of coordination.
-Independent, reliable and responsible way of working.
-Good communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people.
-Driver's license and willingness to travel in the Basel region (BL, BS, SO, AG) or ZG region (ZG, LU, SW).
