Your tasks:

• recording and planning patients
• home visits and working in the nursing home with documentation
• contact with doctors
• independent and clean way of working
• taking on certain responsibilities

What you bring with you:

• SRK recognition
• MLD or MT training would be an advantage
• experience with neurological patients
• PC skills
• independent work
• willingness for home visits
• You are responsible/communicative and motivated
