The Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrische Dienste (KJPD) St.Gallen are responsible for the outpatient psychiatric treatment of children, adolescents, and their families in the cantons of St.Gallen, Appenzell Innerrhoden, and Ausserrhoden. The Klinik Sonnenhof - Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrisches Zentrum (KJPZ) - is a specialist-led child and adolescent psychiatry center. As a provider clinic in the field of semi-residential and residential child and adolescent psychiatry in the canton of St.Gallen, it has service agreements with the cantons of Zürich, Schaffhausen, Schwyz, Glarus, and Appenzell Ausserrhoden. With the decision to merge our outpatient and inpatient facilities, a modern, integrated care center is being created. On the assessment and therapy ward, we treat adolescents aged 14 to 18 years. The ward's offering includes both assessments and therapy stays. To strengthen our team, we are looking for the earliest possible date:

Your tasks

• Versatile work with the adolescents and their support systems on their therapy and recovery process
• Balanced skills-grade mix
• Varied ward work in administration and logistics
• Performance of medical-technical procedures
• Regular team development elements, as well-functioning teams are very important to us
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the therapy, doctors, and clinic school departments

Your competencies

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional or Care Professional
• Personality with high social competence and empathy, team and reflection skills
• Enjoyment of rapid changes
• Good German and language skills
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
