For a temporary assignment in a rehabilitation clinic in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with a workload of 60 to 100 %. The focus is not only on the current nursing situation, but above all on what can become possible again. Together with an interprofessional team, you accompany patients on their individual path to more independence and actively contribute your nursing perspective to the rehabilitation process.

Step by step towards independence

• You accompany patients during their rehabilitation process and support them in a targeted manner to rediscover and further develop existing skills
• You plan, control, and document the individual nursing process independently and align your nursing measures with the personal rehabilitation goals
• You carry out medical-technical and therapeutic measures professionally within your competencies and observe changes attentively
• Together with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, physicians, and other specialist departments, you work towards a common goal and actively contribute your nursing assessment

What you bring for this path

• You have a diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign degree, the corresponding SRK recognition
• You are interested in rehabilitation and enjoy not just caring for people, but specifically promoting their independence
