Your tasks
Professional, individual care and support according to established care guidelines

Participation in reports, team meetings and further training
Ensuring complete, professional and differentiated care documentation in the Care Coach
Active participation in the RAI assessment
Taking over day or shift responsibility

What you bring with you
Training as a Specialist in Healthcare EFZ as well as professional experience, ideally in long-term care
Training and experience as a vocational trainer
You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and enjoy passing on your knowledge to colleagues and learners
You are independent, competent and active thinking is important to you
Empathic accompaniment of the residents is as natural to you as effective work organization and appreciative cooperation in the team
Good oral and written German skills
