The focus is on the professional, individual, and holistic care and nursing of people in their familiar homes. Your tasks

• Professional and independent care and support of clients
• Support in managing everyday life and promoting independence
• Implementation of nursing and medical measures within the scope of your competencies
• Accompanying people in palliative situations
• Observation of the health status as well as the recognition of changes and the corresponding forwarding to the responsible specialists
• Careful and complete documentation of the nursing services provided
• Close cooperation with APN nursing experts, doctors, hospitals, as well as other specialists

Your profile

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• independent, competent and responsible way of working
• good IT skills
• driver's license category B
• experience or knowledge in the Spitex sector
