Sternenhof, with around 250 employees, offers residential and care forms for elderly people at 5 locations.

The residential groups at Laufenstrasse create a familial atmosphere for people with an addiction disorder and are adapted to the individual needs and requirements of the residents. In 4 residential groups, 24 residents each are supported, accompanied, and cared for with great commitment in everyday life. In a pleasant, manageable environment, cooking is done together, household activities are performed, and life is lived in community. The familiar environment gives the residents security and helps them to remain as independent as possible.

In this exciting function, the following tasks await you:

As Assistant Care and Nursing Staff, you take on daily responsibility, perform domestic service tasks, and support the specialist team in daily work. In doing so, you contribute to ensuring that the support and care of the residents takes place according to the normality principle and that their greatest possible independence and quality of life are maintained and promoted. Together with the residents, you shape everyday life in the apartments and create an appreciative, homely environment.
