Your area of responsibility

• Preparation and conduct of consultations in the orthopedic outpatient clinic
• Taking over telephone service
• General secretarial work
• Mail administration
• Preparation and follow-up of reports
• Taking over patient reception
• Processing insurance inquiries

Your competencies

• Basic training as a Medical Practice Assistant, Pharmaceutical Assistant, Merchant (with experience in the medical field) or equivalent training
• Professional experience, ideally in a similar function
• Flexible and structured way of working as well as organizational flair
• Reliable, flexible, and resilient personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations
• High service orientation and rapid gaining of the trust of patients
• Stylish German as well as very good PC user
