In this role, you will take on responsibility and actively lead your team so that nursing runs well every day. At the same time, you can work in day shifts or night shifts, which keeps you flexible.

• You know everyday nursing well and have initial experience in leadership

• You motivate others and help to make the team better
• You are willing to work in day shifts or night shifts
