Job description:

We are currently recruiting a nurse in internal medicine for a reference hospital establishment.

Your missions:

• Take charge of adult patients presenting various medical pathologies (chronic, acute, polymorbid)
• Provide nursing care adapted to the patient's state of health, in connection with medical prescriptions
• Ensure clinical monitoring and report any relevant evolution to the medical team
• Collaborate closely with doctors, physiotherapists, social workers and other stakeholders, in order to ensure coordinated and global management of patients
• Participate in the coordination of care and the continuity of management, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Accompany patients and their relatives with empathy, particularly in phases of therapeutic education or preparation for return home
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, institutional procedures and the global quality of care

Profile sought:

• HES Bachelor in nursing or equivalent diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (mandatory)
• Experience in a hospital environment:
• Minimum 1 year for holders of a Swiss diploma
• Minimum 2 years for holders of a foreign diploma
• Ease in emergency situations and good stress management
• Training on the Soarian software (an asset)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and empathy
