THE QUALITY AND CARE SAFETY SERVICE IS LOOKING FOR

MAIN MISSION

You ensure the role of institutional vigilance interlocutor regarding medical devices and coordinate the quality processes of operating rooms and technical platforms.

At the interface of medical-nursing, technical and administrative teams, you guarantee the monitoring of institutional processes related to medical devices, quality registers and risk management. You play a key role in administrative coordination, data analysis, monitoring of indicators and steering of continuous improvement actions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate all activities related to materiovigilance within the institution and be the primary interlocutor with suppliers and competent authorities
• Guarantee regulatory declarations to the competent authorities
• Ensure the monitoring of non-conformities related to medical devices and operating room processes
• Participate in audits and inspections
• Lead continuous improvement projects aiming at the quality, safety and performance of operating processes and technical platforms
• Train and support employees

SKILLS - REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Certifying training in the health field or a title deemed equivalent
• Have confirmed professional experience in an operating room or technical platform environment
• Complementary training in quality management, risk management or patient safety (CAS, DAS) is an asset
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills
• Excellent mastery of IT tools and platforms, databases and reporting tools
• Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy
