Mandatory nursing internship in neurorehabilitation

for students of human medicine at the Uni Bern

At the Universitäre Akut-Neurorehabilitation, we work interdisciplinarily and treat our patients in the early phase after a brain injury or brain disease. We value personalized care.
In this exciting area of responsibility, we offer a 4-week internship in nursing, according to the specifications of the University of Bern, Bachelor's degree program in human medicine.

What to expect

You are a student of human medicine at the University of Bern and, as a prerequisite for admission to the 2nd year of study, are completing a 4-week internship in nursing. With us, you will care for and accompany patients in all stages after a brain injury or disease -- from early rehabilitation to discharge preparation. The internship must be carried out without interruption at an employment level of 100%.

• Passed aptitude test for medical studies in Switzerland (EMS) or enrollment at the University of Bern, Bachelor in human medicine
