Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to commit yourself to our team for the care of people with dementia at the Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Bombach as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement?

Tasks ##

• You take on daily responsibility in the protected dementia ward and accompany and advise residents and relatives in challenging care and crisis situations.
• You manage the entire nursing process - from planning to implementation to evaluation - and delegate tasks to employees in a manner appropriate to their competence.
• You undertake demanding nursing and medical-technical activities, especially in complex and unstable situations.
• You contribute your professional expertise during doctor's visits and interdisciplinary reports and promote holistic, needs-oriented care.
• You actively engage in the further development of the department and contribute to ensuring the quality of care as well as constructive interprofessional cooperation.

Profile ##

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or DN II; in the case of foreign diplomas, with SRK recognition
• Professional experience in the dementia field as well as enjoyment in accompanying people with partial cognitive impairments
• Empathic, appreciative personality with a strong resident orientation and professional handling of relatives
• Independent and responsible way of working, networked thinking as well as team spirit and high resilience
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, strong communication skills and a pinch of humor
