registered nurse with vocational trainer function, 60-100% (w/m/d)

tasks

• as a trainer, you take responsibility for the guidance and training of the apprentice nurses and healthcare specialists
• furthermore, you take on learning support, assist in the expansion of the education area and represent the head of education
• as the person in charge for the day, you organize or coordinate the work to be done and lead the day team
• furthermore, you perform treatment nursing and medical-technical activities
• assistance in the assessment of the need for care as well as monitoring the effectiveness of prescriptions round off your demanding area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 60% and 100% (the vocational training area currently accounts for 1-2 days per week)

requirements

• you have training as a registered nurse HF / FH
• in the case of foreign training, SRK recognition is necessary
• a vocational pedagogical qualification, such as the SVEB module 1 or a similar qualification, or the readiness to complete a corresponding further training, is important for this task
• do you describe yourself as well-organized, proactive and cooperative?
• do you furthermore possess the ability for honest, collegial and objective communication?
