For our customers in the healthcare sector, we are looking for committed and reliable Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF who want to use their professional competence with heart and a sense of responsibility. Depending on your preference, we will arrange suitable assignments in hospitals, clinics, age and nursing centers, or other medical facilities.

Your tasks

• Professional and individual nursing and care of patients or residents
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of the nursing process
• Implementation of medical and nursing measures
• Monitoring the state of health and early detection of changes
• Administration of medication according to medical prescription
• Cooperation with doctors, therapists, and other specialists
• Support and counseling of relatives
• Ensuring a high quality of nursing and care
• Compliance with applicable hygiene, quality, and safety standards

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Professional experience in the nursing field is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
• Empathy and joy in dealing with people
• Resilience and flexibility
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays depending on the assignment company
