Your tasks at the new employer:

• Take professional responsibility for individual and needs-oriented care of the residents
• Control the nursing process from planning to evaluation and adapt measures specifically
• Assess complex nursing situations, recognize changes early, and act accordingly
• Contribute your expertise to the team and work closely with relatives, physicians, and other specialists

You offer your new employer:

• You have a degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition
• You bring nursing experience and would like to use your expertise in long-term care
• Even in more complex nursing situations, you act deliberately, professionally securely, and responsibly
