Der Abendfrieden, Wohnen & Pflege is a private and non-profit foundation that offers 90 residents individual and holistic care and support in a family environment. 150 employees ensure supporting services around the clock in nursing, kitchen, gastronomy, housekeeping, technology, and administration. In addition, we offer 17 apprenticeship and study places. Well-being and quality of life are central elements for us in accompanying the residents. The team maintains a partnership-based cooperation with residents and employees.

• You are responsible for holistic, professional care and support of the residents according to their needs and well-being in the permanent night shift (21.15 - 07.00 Uhr)
• You are responsible for the professional implementation of preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures according to medical prescription
• You are co-responsible for the entire nursing process based on the primary caregiver concept with complete documentation in easyDOK based on RAI criteria
• You bring completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
• You already have experience in long-term care or want to acquire it
• You bring RAI and easyDOK knowledge (advantageous)
• You possess organizational and planning skills as well as very good German skills in speaking and writing
• At least 25 days of vacation as well as 30 days from the age of 50
