Our client is a leading competence center in long-term care in Switzerland, offering a home to around 300 residents. Embedded in a nature-oriented environment, the company is characterized by a modern nursing philosophy as well as an appreciative, people-oriented working environment. To support the team, we are looking for an engaged personality as Dipl. Pflegefachmann/-frau for the closed dementia area, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Competent, individual nursing and care of the residents
• Implementation and further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and RAI
• Support of smooth shift operations
• Promotion of cross-departmental cooperation in the team
• Taking on weekend shifts
• Support in the individual promotion of quality of life and well-being

Your profile

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachmann/-frau HF or FaGe EFZ
• Experience in the empathetic care of people affected by dementia
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Knowledge of RAI and Easy Dok is an advantage
• Strong awareness of quality and costs
• Flexibility and willingness for weekend shifts
• Openness to a modern nursing philosophy
