Nursing Specialist HF as Night Watch (40%)

The Alters- und Pflegeheim Nauengut is an operation of the political municipality of Dürnten and is located in the Zürcher Oberland. We offer around 50 people in need of care and assistance a safe, secure home with the aim of promoting their independence and ensuring professional, personal care and support. Our house has three nursing departments as well as a public restaurant that is also open to external guests and is regularly used as a venue.

We are looking for a responsible

Nursing Specialist HF as Night Watch (40%)

starting December 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility:

• Professional and mindful management of the night watch across three nursing departments, together with a night watch assistant
• Supporting the residents during the night as well as performing the necessary nursing, medical measures and medication administration
• Preparing the medications for the three nursing departments
• Care of the first residents in the early morning hours

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent qualification
• Independent, secure and responsible way of working during quiet night hours as well as during palliative or emergency care situations
• Warm, open and attentive personality
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
