We are looking for our various sites (Delémont, Saignelégier, Courroux, Bassecourt, and Porrentruy) and for an indefinite period, :

Assistants in community nursing and healthcare (50%-80%)

Your mission :

• You take charge of patients requiring home care and perform medico-technical acts and individualized and relational basic care upon delegation from nurses.
• In collaboration with the nurses, you participate in care objectives aimed at the maintenance, mobility, and autonomy of patients at home.
• You evaluate home care situations and adapt services to the environment of the patient and their surroundings, in simple and complex situations.
• You provide patients with support in activities of daily living, respecting the criteria of safety, efficiency, comfort, and hygiene.

Your profile :

• You hold a diploma as an assistant in community nursing and healthcare (ASSC) or a title deemed equivalent.
• You demonstrate autonomy, a sense of observation, and great respect for professional and official secrecy.
• You enjoy teamwork and collaborate in a way that transmits your observations both orally and in writing.
