As a member of the Executive Board, you actively contribute your ideas, your knowledge, and your perspective to the strategic further development.
You accompany the activation and work agogics teams professionally and strengthen them in their daily work.
To ensure that professionalism and appreciation remain more than just buzzwords, you provide the appropriate impulses and lead by example.
You take responsibility for the education area Activation HF and Work Agogics BP and create learning spaces for development.
You joyfully advance internal further training, specialist events, and the professional development of employees.
You participate in innovation and development projects and get fresh ideas rolling.
You anchor the values and attitude of Wohn- und Pflegeheim Sonnmatt in everyday life and simultaneously ensure high quality in the work agogic and activation therapeutic offerings.
Your Profile
You bring a solid professional foundation from the social or activation therapeutic field at tertiary level.
SVEB certificate present or willingness to obtain it? Yes!
Leadership is more than a gut feeling for you: You have acquired the necessary know-how through further training in leadership, organizational development, or a comparable qualification.
You are at home in the social sector, in psychiatry, or gerontopsychiatry. Leadership experience? All the better.
Developing people, recognizing potentials, and mastering difficult conversations with confidence? Exactly your thing. Your consulting, coaching, and communication competence makes the difference.
Concepts do not deter you – on the contrary: You enjoy questioning what exists, developing new things, and actively helping to shape the overall operation.
