Clinic Director 100% In this function, you are responsible for the personnel and economic management of our eye and attending physician clinic in Olten, with hospital status and the outpatient eye center. Tasks * You are responsible for the implementation of the medical strategy as well as the training and further education program of the clinic, in coordination with the responsible doctors. * As the person responsible for the clinic, you continuously develop the clinic through the acquisition of new attending physicians and ensure optimal utilization of the surgical capacities. * You actively help shape the future procedural and spatial organization. The focus is on future changes in medicine, the necessary optimizations in the area of efficiency, and the planned new building. * With your leadership team, you ensure the success of the outpatient eye center, the inpatient clinic, and the implementation of the cantonal service mandate. Job Requirements * As a Clinic Director, you have completed training as a technical surgical assistant HF or expert in anesthesia nursing NDS HF. * Further training in business administration, personnel management, health management, or a related field. * You have several years of professional and leadership experience in a business management function in the hospital sector or have already held a comparable position. * Experience in optimizing outpatient processes in the operative area is a prerequisite. * In this function, you communicate clearly and appropriately to the target group, and are customer- and solution-oriented. * As an authentic leader, you bring extraordinarily good decision-making, planning, and organizational skills and implement improvements quickly. * You contribute to the collective success through proximity to the operative business and development of the team. * You are a winning personality who convinces, inspires, and motivates people through your ability to integrate and your natural demeanor.
