The Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the Est vaudois. It carries out a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone: children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for Vaudois regional hospitals recognized for public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaudois and Valaisan Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its practices, its training, and its openness to other approaches.

The Fondation de Nant is a private institution recognized for public interest, tasked by the State with organizing and providing psychiatric care in the Est vaudois region. Working within the Foundation means evolving in a stimulating environment and a dynamic work setting.
The Service de Psychiatrie et Psychothérapie de l’Enfant et de l’Adolescent (SPPEA) takes care of young people from 0 to 18 years old and their families in the Est vaudois. It guarantees accessible, continuous child psychiatric care adapted to the needs of the population. Being a specialized clinical nurse within this unit means evolving in a motivating work setting at the heart of an interdisciplinary team.
THE MISSION OF THE ICLS
The specialized clinical nurse's missions are to strengthen the quality, safety, and excellence of nursing care by integrating evidence-based data and clinical expertise into practices. He/She accompanies the evolution of nursing practices by promoting the integration of new knowledge, innovation, and links with academic environments, and he/she supports interprofessional collaboration while contributing to the continuous improvement of practices for the benefit of patients, teams, and the institution. The activity will be distributed as follows: 40% will be devoted to the direct clinical care of patients in the outpatient clinic, while the remaining 60% will be dedicated to the other missions assigned to the ICLS, as described above.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A nurse holding a Bachelor HES-SO in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or a title deemed equivalent) and a Master's in nursing sciences, who benefits from solid clinical experience, ideally in psychiatry.
We are looking for a person possessing an analytical mind and scientific rigor, who will be able to accompany and grow the teams with pragmatism and benevolence. Finally, we wish to hire someone motivated by the mission of the Foundation and who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team.
