Medical Practice Assistant (80% - 100%)

Your everyday work:

• You organize, accompany, and support our consultations in a well-structured manner - with a lot of heart
• You ensure a warm and smooth patient admission and are the first point of contact for our patients, who are always in good hands with you
• You independently perform laboratory diagnostics and help to gain important insights for medical care (Fuji DriChem, Sysmex, Afias)
• You professionally implement the medically ordered diagnostic and therapeutic measures and thus contribute to holistic healing
• You take over telephone management and coordinate appointments professionally
• You complete administrative tasks and ensure clean documentation (reporting from dictation)

What you bring with you:

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant – and you feel at home in this profession
• You are confident in using MS Office (Axenita practice software knowledge is a plus)
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing. Foreign language skills are a welcome bonus
• You show high flexibility and resilience and are always service-oriented
• You are communicative, approach patients openly, and always maintain a professional appearance
• You enjoy interacting with people and have high empathy
