La Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in eastern Vaud. It fulfills a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone: children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. La Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for Vaudois regional hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaudois and Valais Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, La Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. THE MISSION

The mission of the nurses in the hospital unit for geriatric psychiatry is to ensure the required care services for each patient, working in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

WE OFFER

The geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy service is one of the three services of La Fondation de Nant. Its mission is to ensure the care of people over 65 years of age from the eastern Vaud sector. The hospital unit of this service, Molaine, is intended to provide urgent, semi-urgent, or planned hospitalizations for people over 65 years of age. Being a nurse in this service means evolving in a dynamic working environment at the heart of an interdisciplinary team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A nurse with experience in psychiatry, holder of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or a degree deemed equivalent). Additionally, having the ability to be at the service of the patient, their colleagues, and the institution is important for working as a nurse within Molaine. Finally, we wish to hire a person motivated by the mission of the Foundation and who enjoys interdisciplinary teamwork.
