Education Manager and Nursing Specialist Manager (Nursing Service Management) 100%

Spitex Glattal is one of the largest Spitex organizations in the Canton of Zürich and fulfills a service mandate for the care of around 34,000 residents. As a modern and future-oriented organization, we employ around 90 employees, including 9 FaGe apprentices and 3 HF nursing students, as well as 1 FH student. Together, we dedicate ourselves daily with professional competence, commitment, and passion to the well-being of our customers.

In this versatile, responsible function as Education Manager and Nursing Specialist Manager, you will take on a central role in ensuring and further developing the quality of education and nursing. You will accompany and support our vocational trainers, HF students, and FaGe apprentices during their training and specifically promote their professional and personal development. With your expertise and commitment, you will make a significant contribution to the promotion, securing, and continuous further development of nursing quality as well as to the sustainable design of the nursing of tomorrow.

What you will achieve with us

• You are responsible for the personnel, operational, and professional further development of the nursing area as well as the continuous improvement of nursing quality and the service offering
• You plan, coordinate, and further develop the practical training of our HF students and FaGe apprentices and accompany them in their professional and personal development
• You support and advise vocational trainers and nursing teams on training issues and promote pedagogical competencies in the team
• You are responsible for the recruitment of apprentices, students, and employees and maintain cooperation with internal and external educational partners
• You shape an appreciative learning and training culture, promote nursing talent, and advocate for future-oriented nursing
• You initiate and accompany development and change processes and strengthen the personal responsibility and self-organization of the employees

What you bring with you

• Trainer with federal specialist certificate (eidg. Fachausweis) and experience in accompanying HF students and FaGe apprentices
• Diploma as an HF/FH nursing professional as well as several years of professional and leadership experience with corresponding training or further training, ideally in the Spitex area
• Sound professional nursing competence as well as pronounced pedagogical and didactic skills
• High social and communication competence as well as an empathetic, appreciative, and solution-oriented attitude
• Organizational skill, initiative, and enjoyment in actively shaping development processes
• Enthusiasm for the promotion of nursing talent and the further development of nursing and education
• Driver's license Cat. B
