Evening and Weekend Lead Employee

The Stiftung Ancora-Meilestei offers therapy, living, and work opportunities for people with mental or socially induced impairments as well as with addiction diseases. Our goal is social rehabilitation and integration into society.

In the rehabilitation center, the focus is on abstinence-oriented work with people burdened by substance and non-substance addictions and the frequently associated dual diagnosis. The support of the participants is ensured by a team of agogues and social pedagogues. Learning and enduring daily structures with work content, recognizing and breaking patterns of addictive behavior, practicing relapse prevention, addressing and resolving social and/or legal problems, and recognizing the influence of personal biography are core themes of our work.

To complement our motivated team in the Rehazentrum Maur (ZH), we are looking for

Employees for evening and weekend shifts (incl. night presence) Working hours: from Mo-Fr the shift lasts from 17.00 - 8.30 Uhr and on weekends and public holidays from 9.00 - 9.00 Uhr (24h). Flexible deployment plan by mutual agreement

Your tasks during the shift:

• Sole contact person for our participants for practical life questions and in crises
• Responsibility for correct support so that the participants take the medications prescribed by the doctor
• Support of the participants in the areas of personal administration, cleanliness, and order
• Administrative tasks such as writing progress reports
