Health Care Assistant (M/F) - 90% to 100% - Towards a permanent position

Your missions ###

• Accompany beneficiaries in acts of daily life (assistance with getting up, going to bed, dressing, meal assistance) to promote their well-being and maintenance at home
• Provide hygiene, comfort, and basic care according to your scope of competence
• Carefully observe the general state of beneficiaries and identify any physical or psychological changes
• Ensure clear and regular transmissions to the reference caregivers (nurses, ASSC)
• Record your daily interventions on dedicated mobile tools

Your profile & Requirements ###

• Certificate or diploma as a Health Care Assistant (Swiss Red Cross, Espace Compétences or equivalent title)
• Swiss Red Cross (CRS) recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas
• French level B2 minimum (oral and written)
• Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable for performing rounds
• Ease with mobile tools (the use of Medlink software is a real +)
• Initial experience in home care represents an additional asset
• Interpersonal skills, discretion, punctuality and autonomy
