To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified specialists. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Scientist QC (a) (80 - 100%).

Your tasks:

• Independent analysis of starting materials for GMP syntheses as well as peptide- and oligonucleotide-based active ingredients
• Evaluation, interpretation, and GMP-compliant documentation of analytical data
• Application of spectroscopic methods for the quantification, characterization, and stability testing of samples
• Development, optimization, and implementation of analytical methods
• Critical evaluation and plausibility checking of analytical results
• Performance of routine analyses in compliance with GMP guidelines
• Independent handling of project tasks as well as support of analytical instruments
• Ensuring a smooth measurement service and coordination of analysis orders
• Creation of development reports, SOPs, and analytical instructions
• Active support in analysis and development projects as well as continuous further development of the working environment and processes

Your profile:

• Completed studies or doctorate in chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or a comparable field of study
• Experience in the analytical investigation of peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides, or related biomolecules
• Sound knowledge of NMR spectroscopy for the analysis and characterization of biomolecules
• Ideally additional expertise in other spectroscopic, biophysical, or analytical methods
• Initial professional or project experience in pharmaceutical analytics, biophysical characterization, or method development is an advantage
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment as well as in dealing with quality-relevant processes is desirable
• Practical knowledge in techniques such as SEC-MALS, DLS, ThT-Assay, CD, SEM, or rheometry is an advantage
• Experience in the evaluation of analytical data as well as in using appropriate specialized software
• Structured, quality-conscious, and independent way of working combined with analytical thinking skills and enjoyment of complex issues
• Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality with an interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and the active co-shaping of a growing field
