What you do ##

Practical activities

• Performing blood collection and coordination of sample shipping
• Administration of s.c. and i.m. injections (vaccinations, medications) as well as instruction of patients on the correct self-application of s.c. medications
• Supporting the doctors during ultrasound examinations, joint injections and skin biopsies

Administrative tasks

• Reception and care of patients, telephone management and appointment scheduling
• Management of patient files, dispatch of prescriptions, certificates and letters
• Supporting the doctors in the maintenance of the digital medical record and in reporting
• Organization of consultations with the software KISIM
• Ordering and management of medical supplies and medications

What distinguishes you ##

• Completed training as MPA EFZ or FaGe EFZ
• Native language German or French with good oral knowledge of the respective other language
• Independent and structured way of working, even in challenging situations
• Resilient, responsible and customer-oriented
• Friendly, team player and flexible personality
• High willingness to provide service and enjoyment of the profession
