Team Leader / Co-Leader for the protected residential area (70-100%)

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the holistic care and support of our guests according to the nursing mission statement and nursing process
• Professional and personnel leadership of the nursing team with around 30 employees
• Responsibility for personnel deployment planning
• Control and quality assurance of the nursing process
• Leading case discussions and interdisciplinary exchanges
• Taking over daily responsibility in the residential area
• Engagement as a topic carrier in specific professional fields

Your profile:

• Diploma as a nurse FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Experience in personnel deployment planning as well as ideally leadership experience
• Readiness for or completed further training in the field of leadership
• Clear, structured and at the same time appreciative leadership personality
• Independent way of working, high competence for action and sense of responsibility
• Teamwork skills, communication strength and humor - even in challenging situations
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
