At Stiftung Hirsacker, over 60 employees currently work to accompany 27 people with support needs. Specialist in Care or Health (60 % to 80 %) Assisted Living ##

These are your tasks:

• Together with the clients, you shape everyday life, support them in their individual development, and enable social participation
• You accompany and support clients individually in care
• You support the clients in achieving individual goals
• You actively participate in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of individual and group activities
• You are a reference person and ensure contact with legal guardians and third parties
• You engage in project groups and take on administrative work

This is your profile:

• You have completed training as a FaBe or FaGe
• You have experience in accompanying people with various impairments
• You are flexible and willing to take on early, late, or night shifts
• You have good oral and written German skills
• Ideally, you bring knowledge or in-depth knowledge in the medication area
• Ideally, you possess a driver's license
