Your tasks

• You support the ward physician in administrative tasks.
• You handle and forward telephone and written inquiries, schedule appointments and report consultations, X-rays, therapies, etc.
• You maintain the medical history in cooperation with the ward physician.
• You accompany the doctors on rounds and document the prescriptions.

Your profile

• Med. practice assistant or completed medical training (Fachfrau Gesundheit) with further training as a medical secretary and some years of professional experience in a hospital
• Very good knowledge of medical terminology and IT skills (KISIM knowledge is an advantage)
• Work schedule Monday to Friday (without weekends)
