YOUR TASKS

• You accompany our residents, always with a view to their individual care needs and quality of life
• You regularly take on shift responsibility and maintain an overview of the department
• You carry out nursing and care measures and document them professionally; in addition, you specifically contribute your knowledge to the classification according to the RAI-/RUG-system
• You perform medical-technical tasks competently and pay attention to care and safety

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe EFZ)
• Experience and deep interest in the field of dementia
• You are a cheerful, empathetic personality with a team-oriented way of working
• Interest in the optimization of nursing processes and standards
• Openness to personal and professional growth
