In the Koppigen region, Canton Bern, we are looking for a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or a Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ with a workload of 40 – 100 % starting immediately or by arrangement. In a modern competence center for care, support, and living, you will accompany residents within the framework of primary nursing, take responsibility in the nursing process, and become part of a team that lives humanity and professionalism every day.

• Care and support of residents within the framework of the primary nursing system
• Responsibility for the implementation and accompaniment of the nursing process within your area of competence
• Taking on daily responsibility and participating in a smooth workflow in the residential area
• Close cooperation with relatives as well as interdisciplinary specialists
• Participation in specialist groups, projects, and quality development processes
• Ensuring professional and individual nursing quality
• Active co-design of an appreciative and respectful living environment

• Completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Joy in long-term care and in direct contact with residents
• Good knowledge of the nursing process and nursing documentation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of digital working tools
