Your tasks

Holistic care of the residents in accordance with the mission statement and the nursing process planning in the apartments in the house and on the nursing ward
Planning and conducting case discussions
Responsible for creating the nursing plans and the evaluation of nursing services
Performing treatment-oriented nursing and medical-technical activities
Regular assumption of daily responsibility
Assumption of a topic lead & implementation of the topic in the team

Your profile:

Federal Certificate of Proficiency as a Healthcare Specialist (FAGE EFZ)
Experience in long-term care
Confident communication in the German language
Enjoyment of independent work, coordinating and organizing and desire for challenges
Teamwork skills, warmth and an empathetic basic attitude
