TPA Reception Small Animal Practice Sursee

As a Veterinary Practice Assistant EFZ or Veterinary Practice Assistant EFZ, you want to combine your organizational skills with your passion for animals and ensure a professional first impression every day. For an established small animal practice in the Sursee region, we are looking for a committed personality with a workload of 80 to 100 % starting immediately or by arrangement. In this varied role, you will take on a central role at the reception, competently guide pet owners through daily practice life, and simultaneously support the team in caring for patients.

• Professional and warm reception of pet owners and their animals
• Telephone and personal consultation of customers
• Coordination and organization of appointments as well as administrative activities
• Support in optimizing processes at the reception
• Ensuring smooth practice operations through your organizational talent
• Support of the team during consultation hours if required
• Assistance with health checks and the care of small animal patients

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Veterinary Practice Assistant EFZ or Veterinary Practice Assistant EFZ or equivalent training
• Experience in the administrative field, ideally at the reception of a practice
• Responsible and careful way of working
• Flexibility, motivation, and interest in a varied field of tasks
• Ability to work in a team and high willingness to help
