Contribute

• You independently and carefully organize and prepare the outpatient surgical consultation.
• You support the medical team during the consultation and assist with minor surgical procedures as well as punctures.
• You manage the telephone and competently process internal and external inquiries.
• You perform blood sampling professionally and reliably.
• You record the services provided correctly according to TARDOC.
• You maintain and manage the electronic patient files, including the recording of patient data and case closures.
• You take over the corresponding deputy roles within the team during absences.

Requirements

• Completed training as a nurse with a flair for administrative activities or training as a Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with corresponding professional experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as sound knowledge of medical terminology
• Quick comprehension as well as an independent, structured and careful way of working
• Strong teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Resilience and flexibility
• Strong service orientation
