What will you do with us?

As an employee in the permanent night shift, you ensure continuous and professional care for our patients during the night. You work independently and at the same time closely with the interprofessional team, contributing significantly to a safe and reliable process during the night hours. You will be carefully trained for your task and will comprehensively learn the relevant processes and interfaces. Our internal continuing education offer is also naturally open to you.

• You care for and support our patients with commitment and within the scope of your competencies, in close cooperation with the registered nurses
• You undertake delegated medical-technical tasks and support the nursing process, including performance recording in our clinical information system
• You work closely with nursing assistants, apprentices, and students and support them in everyday ward life

What do you bring with you to be successful with us?

• You have completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ, ideally with professional experience in the acute care sector
• You are flexible, adapt quickly to new teams, processes, and situations, and see the wide medical spectrum of a family-like peripheral hospital as an opportunity for further development
• The well-being of the patients is your top priority and you treat all people with respect and appreciation
• You work reliably and conscientiously and enjoy taking responsibility within the scope of your competencies
• Constantly developing yourself is a matter of course for you
• Proficient German completes your profile (for non-German qualifications, level B2 is required)
