Your main tasks

• Nursing and care of patients with various hemato-oncological diseases, autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantations, and cellular therapies
• Application of antitumoral therapies, immunotherapies, and the implementation of accompanying nursing interventions
• Counseling and accompaniment of patients during all phases of the disease, during therapy, and in relation to self-management
• Participation in learning support in cooperation with the vocational trainer
• Constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional cooperation is an essential part of your work
• Through your professional commitment in all three shifts, you ensure a high service quality for our patients

Your profile

• You are a quick-learning, independent, and resilient registered nurse HF/FH
• Joy in the profession, teamwork skills, and high patient orientation characterize you
• Together with the interdisciplinary team, you take responsibility for the patients and are committed to the implementation of patient-oriented and professional nursing
• You value nursing that is adapted to the current life situation and sufficient time for your patients
• Good communicative skills
• You are used to dealing with complex, rapidly changing situations
• You enjoy passing on your expertise and experience to others and are also interested in deepening and developing your professional knowledge
