The Age and Care sector of the city of Winterthour offers a varied range of services for the population of the city of Winterthour in the five elderly care centers as well as with Spitex.

For our long-term care at the Centre pour personnes âgées Brühlgut, which offers a well-kept home to approximately 100 residents as well as to 30 tenants in assisted living, we are looking for a motivated and interested care professional with an extended area of responsibility, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• * Individual care and support, oriented towards needs and resources, within the reference person system, including case management
• * Responsible for the quality and implementation of the care process
• * Advise and support the care team in complex care situations within the residential group
• * Analyze complex care and support situations, initiate measures and ensure their evaluation
• * Support the residential group management and the professional trainer in specialized matters
• * Participation in working groups or projects, collaboration with a care expert
• * Assume daily responsibility during morning and evening shifts
• Your profile ##
• * HF or FH nursing diploma, with continuing education completed or willingness to pursue one (e.g., CAS Gerontology, CAS Palliative Care)
• * High social competence, team spirit, flexibility and stress resistance
• * Targeted, autonomous and service-oriented working method
• * Very good oral and written knowledge of German
• * Very good IT skills and experience with common computer programs
• * RAI knowledge an asset
