Collaborate

• Accompany, promote, and qualify FaGe learners and NDS emergency nursing students in the versatile environment of the emergency center
• Plan, design, and evaluate competence-oriented learning processes, including progress meetings, competency proofs, and practical final examinations
• Support and advise the nursing team in accompanying learners and students as well as ensuring high-quality training
• Active participation in Shared Leadership as well as helping to shape projects and the further development of the emergency center
• Collaboration in clinical emergency nursing as a Dipl. Expert Emergency Nursing NDS HF

Requirements

• Diploma as an Expert Emergency Nursing NDS HF or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland, as well as professional experience in emergency nursing
• SVEB certificate Trainer Level 1 or willingness to complete this
• Knowledge of the Swiss education system in healthcare
• Joy in accompanying and developing FaGe learners and NDS emergency nursing students, as well as strong communication skills and empathy
• Independent and structured way of working, joy in interprofessional collaboration, as well as motivation to take on responsibility and actively help shape the emergency center
