tasks

• you care for and support the guests according to their needs, in the protected or in the open residential group
• in doing so, you take on daily responsibility
• furthermore, you participate in doctor visits
• likewise, you ensure the documentation of nursing-relevant observations
• you further provide valuable support in the classification of the residents with rai-nh
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 50% and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a healthcare specialist EFZ / healthcare specialist EFZ
• for foreign diplomas, an SRK recognition from the Swiss Red Cross is necessary
• additionally, you have already been able to gain professional experience in long-term care
• if you describe yourself as empathetic, conscientious and sociable, ...
