Laboro AG is a specialized personnel leasing company in the healthcare sector. For one of our clients in Kanton Zürich, we are looking for an engaged and reliable certified specialist in operative technology HF, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Professional preparation and follow-up of operative procedures as well as provision of the required instruments and materials
• Instrumenting and assisting during operative procedures within the scope of your training, experience, and competencies
• Ensuring aseptic working methods and compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the operating room
• Control and management of instruments, sterile goods, and consumables
• Implementation and documentation of the required safety and counting controls according to the specifications of the assignment company
• Co-responsibility for safe storage and care of patients in the operating area
• Professional documentation of the activities performed
• Close cooperation with the surgical team, anesthesia, and other involved specialists
• Active participation in a safe and smooth surgical process

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified specialist in operative technology HF or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Professional experience in the operating area is an advantage
• Careful, independent, and responsible way of working
• High awareness of hygiene, quality, and patient safety
• Technical understanding, organizational talent, and quick comprehension
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and clear, respectful communication
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends according to the requirements of the assignment company
