YOUR TASKS

• You assume co-responsibility in the professional care and support of patients according to the nursing mission statement
• Your tasks also include participating in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• You are involved in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated and assume a lot of personal responsibility throughout the entire nursing process
• Co-responsibility in accompanying trainees in everyday life

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ), ideally with professional experience in an acute care hospital
• Ability to work in a team and ability to guide employees
• Cheerful, courteous and communicative manner
• High social competence as well as strong empathy
• Great flexibility, resilience and high organizational talent
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate)
