For an established psychiatric institution in the Sursee region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF with a workload of 60 % for a permanent position in the outpatient sector, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks at the new employer:

• You undertake the planning and implementation of nursing measures in the outpatient psychiatric sector and ensure professional as well as individual care of the patients
• Within the framework of key worker work and case management, you accompany and advise people with socio-psychiatric support needs and promote their independence in everyday life
• The planning, organization, and implementation of group therapies is part of your versatile area of responsibility and allows you to contribute your professional and communicative skills
• You are responsible for triage coordination, work closely with various specialists, and ensure structured and needs-based forwarding and care of the patients
