Adequate delegation of nursing actions in patient-centered care
Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a dynamic team of 30 employees
Responsible for the nursing process in the primary nursing model according to WZW criteria
Competencies and potential
Basis: Diploma as a nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
Ideally: Experience in an acute care facility with a focus on orthopedics
Very welcome: high patient orientation and strong organizational skills
And also: cheerful, creative team player qualities
Essential: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital everyday life with interest in helping to shape it
