? You take charge of our emergency patients autonomously, competently and with a focus on the essentials
? You work in close collaboration with the different specialized disciplines - in a simple, collegial and equal manner
? You accompany assistant physicians in their training and gladly transmit your knowledge
? You contribute to the development of our emergency center and actively participate in the design of processes, quality and medical standards
? If you have particular interests - for example in emergency ultrasound, simulation, triage, teaching or process development - we gladly create space for this
? You support our management team on medical, organizational and strategic issues

What you bring

? Completed specialist training in general internal medicine or anesthesiology
? Clinical experience and pleasure in practicing emergency and acute medicine
? Confidence in daily clinical practice, a sense of responsibility and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
? Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and an open and respectful exchange
? Communication skills, organizational skills and flexibility
? But above all: a collegial personality that combines professional quality, humanity and team spirit
