Introduction

For a modern practice in the Basel area, we are looking on behalf of our client for a dedicated personality as a Med. Practice Assistant or Healthcare Professional with mandatory practical experience. The position can be filled either as a temporary assignment or as a permanent employment.

Tasks

• Reception and care of patients
• Appointment scheduling as well as coordination of daily practice operations
• Carrying out administrative activities and performance recording
• Supporting doctors during consultations
• Carrying out diagnostic and medical-technical examinations
• Responsibility for practice organization and a smooth workflow
• Collaboration in various specialist areas
• Ensuring professional and service-oriented patient care

Profile

• Completed training as MPA or Healthcare Professional
• For FAGE, mandatory experience in a medical practice
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Organizational skills as well as high service orientation
• Team player, motivated, and open-minded personality
• Interest in digital work processes and modern practice workflows
• Careful, structured, and efficient way of working
